Miss Viola Swamp is the substitute teacher that shows up to a misbehaving class from the book Miss Nelson is Missing  by Harry Allard.  Well, yesterday was Mrs. Allen's first day absent for this school year.  The class read the book with the substitute and did a creative writing project about why Mrs. Allen might be missing.  And today, another new sub arrived.  Oh my goodness, it was the same substitute teacher from the book, Miss Swamp!  Miss Swamp was sooo mean today.  She was a real witch.  Hopefully, Mrs. Allen will be back to school next week.  (I think the only person that was scared of Miss Swamp was her own 4 year old!)
